reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with the
standard product specifications for output set by Rekaniaga Maju and

| All quotation issued by Rekaniaga Maju is valid only for one (1) month from the date issued. |

| Pricing /
Delivery |
| Exact reprints will be charged at the
same price. All goods are delivered to Rekaniaga Maju Client by
Rekaniaga's appointed courier service company. There is no surcharge
for standard delivery. |

| Payment /
Transaction |
| Rekaniaga Maju does not provide hardcopy
of official receipts for purchases. Client can print out the
official receipts from email as per request. |

| Artwork /
Design |
| All artwork / design is belongs to
Rekaniaga Maju. |

| Printing |
All printing of Rekaniaga Maju products will be solely undertaken
by Rekaniaga Maju or its appointed vendor. Rekaniaga Maju Client are
restricted from submitting any order for an Rekaniaga Maju product
to another printer/lithographer. If a Client does not adhere to this
condition, the management reserves the right to terminate his or her
order as well as demand the return of all materials and information
pertaining to Rekaniaga Maju. In such a case, Rekaniaga Maju will
reimburse that Client for the return of materials which shall be
considered used and payment shall be as according and subject to the
condition of those materials. |

| Website Hosting & Maintenance |
All website that have been designed by Rekaniaga Maju MUST host with Rekaniaga Maju UNLIMITED web space and bandwidth server to protect our uptime quality and web page loading time. Rekaniaga Maju reserves the rights to remove Client files from the old web hosting to Rekaniaga Maju UNLIMITED web server. Client agree to pay annual fee. Failing to do so Client website will be remove immediately. |

| Domain |
| Rekaniaga Maju have rights to transfer Client domain to a new eNom. Rekaniaga Maju will act on behalf of the Client when Client choose to use MyNic domain. Rekaniaga Maju do not responsible for the domain and for the activity of the website. |

| Kindly note that Rekaniaga Maju Customer
Service is extending its extra service to assist customers enquiries
via email. While we strive to keep the replies accurate, complete,
and up-to-date, Rekaniaga Maju cannot guarantee, and is not
responsible for the accuracy, reliability of any opinion, advice or

| Refund
Policy |
| Once a clients submits an order to
Rekaniaga Maju, it is considered a purchase. Once an order is in
process stage (design/output/printing) it cannot be
cancelled or changed. Clients who wish to cancel an order before the
process stage will be charged a cancellation handling fee amounting
to not less than RM50 or 40% of the final total cost of that order (whichever amount is greater). This handling fee will be
automatically deducted from the deposit or downpayment that have
been made. |
